Nadia Begum, BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy
Senior Occupational Therapist · LifePath
Nadia is an HCPC-registered occupational therapist with nearly five years of experience supporting adults across health and community settings. Through LifePath, she provides responsive, practical and person-centred occupational therapy within clients’ homes and communities.
Her work focuses on understanding how injury, illness, cognition, physical ability and environmental factors affect everyday activities, independence and participation. Assessments and rehabilitation are shaped around each individual’s goals, routines and the activities that are most meaningful to them.
Nadia works with individuals, families, case managers and legal professionals. She provides clear communication, structured clinical documentation and transparent quotations, with the scope of work, timescales and expected outcomes agreed before an assessment or rehabilitation programme begins.
Areas of practice
Professional approach
Nadia uses a collaborative, evidence-informed approach. She works with clients, families, commissioners and professionals already involved in the person’s care, while keeping recommendations realistic and proportionate.
LifePath is an independent occupational therapy practice, not a multidisciplinary team. Where a person’s needs fall outside Nadia’s scope of practice, this will be explained clearly and appropriate onward referral or signposting will be recommended.
For professional referrers
Every referral begins with a brief enquiry. LifePath then clarifies the requested work, provides a quotation and confirms the referral documents, consent and written authority required before proceeding. Reports intended for legal proceedings are scoped directly with the instructing solicitor; LifePath provides treating and assessing therapist reports rather than expert-witness evidence.
